Life-changing workout with an expert who cares about form, education and true growth. So many group fitness classes today are impersonal and focus on speed over accuracy. Daury’s class will make you feel like you’re getting a personal trainer experience. I’ve seen muscle definition, improvement in technique and physique all through his class. I was never able to get these results with Barry’s Bootcamp, Soul Cycle, etc. Try his class, you will be blown away!

Daury is the real deal. He is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with in my yoga/fitness training. He’s fierce, but light-hearted, expects form over quantity, but never makes you feel less, intentional with his programming, but never rigid, and will modify anything for anyone so they feel good in their bodies and mind, but also motivated and strong. Be prepared for corrections, which is so very important, especially in a virtual format, where there is a lot of room for miscommunication and error. I cannot recommend him enough, and regardless of where you are on your fitness journey, he will meet you where you are.
